Who is this visa for?
Do you want to own a business in Australia?
Do you want to manage a business already existing in Australia?
Do you want to invest in an Australian state or territory?
Then this visa is for you.
The visa includes three streams:
Significant Business History stream:
Do you want to own a business in Australia?
for people with business skills who want to establish, develop and manage a new or existing business in Australia and have:
- assets of AUD1.5 million and business turnover of AUD3 million
- be nominated by an Australian state or territory government
- be invited to apply for the visa
The Validity Period of this Visa
This is a Permanent Visa.
The General Requirements
You might be able to get this visa if:
- you are nominated by a state or territory government
- you are invited to apply
- you (and all your family members) meet certain health and character requirements
- you meet the additional requirements for the stream in which you apply.
- You do not outstanding debts to the Australian Government or have arranged to repay any outstanding debts to the Australian Government before this visa can be granted.
